SEAPAA Exhibition and Gala Night - Sudan Appeal
SEAPAA (Sudan Emergency Appeal Photographic Auction Association Incorporated) invites you to join some of Australia's top photographers to raise awareness and funds for World Vision's Sudan, Africa Crisis Appeal. The United Nations has called the situation in Sudan the world's most pressing humanitarian crisis. Since 2004, more than a million Sudanese have been forced to flee their homes. And every day adds to a toll of murder, rape, food shortages, disease and population displacement.
In response, SEAPAA has pulled together the skills and services of many generous Australians to present an outstanding exhibition of photographic works. On public display in the Atrium @ Federation Square from May 30 to June 9, the highlight will be an all-star Gala Auction on Wednesday 31st May @ 6:30pm.
During a night filled with photography, philanthropy, food and fun, a selection of images by prolific Australian photographers will go under the hammer. Don't miss out on this once-only opportunity to own an exceptional work, as well as make a genuine contribution to the people of Sudan.
