In the beginning of 2006, Turkey pop up with design contests. I am sorry to announce that they are all national.
I list the important ones about Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Architecture.
A main bus station building and its surrounding design competition in Burdur;
An urban design competition in Beylikduzu, Istanbul;
A recreation landscape-urban design competition in Konak, Izmir;
A city square competition in Unye, Ordu.

Not my field, but interesting nevertheless, thanks.
