Richard Speight?

Does anyone have any information, or know where I could find information on Richard Speight, a Melbourne Architect around the 1890's? He designed the Winfield Building-495 Collins St, and the Victorian Artists Society-430 Albert St, and I am especially looking at 'Macedonia' in Lancefield. There seems to be no information on him at all! Thanks.

    He should be in their fine database somewhere.
