In June 2004, the administrator's of the Vali Myers Trust established the official Vali Myers Studio Gallery website, showcasing Vali's working studio in Melbourne, Australia. The studio has a collection of Vali Myers prints and video documentaries (featuring Vali) for sale, as well as her collected possessions and ephemera. Please drop by.

Opening Night: Wednesday, 12th October, 6.30pm at Steps Gallery, 62
Lygon Street, Melbourne
Please come along and help us celebrate the work and life of Vali
Myers, this is the first exhibition of her original works of art
since she sadly left us in 2003.

Ruth and Vali were friends for over 20 years and many of those years
were spent living in the Chelsea Hotel - come along and see the
beautifully remastered films of Ruth Cullen and ask her anything you
want - anything!


The studio staff are currently compiling a book on Vali Myers' life and travels. They are looking to collect submissions from people who have met Vali and the impact that her friendship has had upon them. If you have anything to contribute, please contact the studio with your submissions.
