Tenth Costello budget fails climate change test
Tuesday, 10 May, 2005 : The federal budget has once again failed to deal with the mounting greenhouse threat, putting Australians at further risk from climate change and depriving them of new jobs and investment in clean energy industries, Greenpeace warned today.

"$5.7 million per year over two years for Australia's PVRP is not enough for our promising and important solar industry,” said Danny Kennedy, Campaigns Manager for Greenpeace, referring to the extension of the solar electricity rebate in the budget.
