Europe crumbles

An EU-funded group has recently completed its report into the impact of climate change on European heritage. The Noah's Ark project researched the combined effects of lowering humidity, increasing pollution, changes in temperature and rainfall, and the effect of wild daily fluctations in temperature, on Europe's elderly stock of stone and marble monuments.

They are not happy that cultural heritage is not mentioned in the 4th report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which did not consider the report sent to them by Noah's Ark.
