    Torture is now legalise... so much for "Western" democracy an human rights! How is Bush, Howard or Blair any better than Saddam Hussein?
    Is it just that the first three speak English, call Allah God, are rich and have weapons of mass destruction?

    Mr Bush acknowledged the existence of secret CIA prisons for the first time on September 6, when he announced the transfer of its last 14 detainees to the US prison for foreign terrorism suspects at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

    Australian David Hicks has been detained at Guantanamo for more than four years.
